package prices are valid until June 30th. Rates for the full packages will
then increase by $25.*
If you are choosing a package for double, triple or quad occupancy, please
list the names of your roommates below.  Your roommates will not need
to register if you provide that information here.
If you would like to be seated in the crop room with other participants
attending the retreat, please list their names here.
Would you, or any of your roommates (if applicable), like a vegetarian
option available during the dinner buffets?*
We may consider t-shirts for our event. If we do, what size t-shirt do you
wear? If you have roommates, please list their sizes as well please.*
Classes: To sign up for classes, simply check off the box next to the classes
you wish to sign up for. Then enter your name and any additional
participants name(s) you want to sign up for the same class.

Pre-Retreat Kick Off Party! - We will be having a kick off party the night
before our retreat on Thursday November 6th @ 6pm! We will have snacks,
beverages & 20% Off storewide so you can stock up on supplies for the
retreat!! Will you be able to attend our party on Thursday night or would you
rather receive a coupon to receive 20% off storewide the week before the
event to come and shop when it is most convenient for you?*

Submit Your Registration -  Please read the deposit and payment policies
below then click the submit button at the end of this form to submit your
registration. YOU MUST CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO COMPLETE YOUR
REGISTRATION. Once you submit your registration we will contact you shorty
by email with information on payment arrangements for your deposit and
hotel. Please be sure to read our cancellation policies for classes & the
retreat on the "Classes" & "Rates" page of the retreat website.

Deposits & Payment For Retreat - A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is
required at time of registration. The balance of your retreat fee (minus hotel
room) is due 30 days prior to the event date. Any registrations received after
that date but prior to the event date must be accompanied with your payment
in full (minus hotel room).  Registration is non-transferable.

Hotel rooms will be reserved with your credit card. Your credit card will not be
charged. Payment for your room will not be required for your hotel room until
check out on Sunday November 9th. If you are sharing a room with others,
one member of your group will need to provide a credit card to reserve your
hotel room. All retreat prices DO NOT include 11% tax for your hotel room,
but DOES include taxes and gratuity for all your meals.

Deposit & Paymnet For Classes - A non-refundable deposit of 25% Off Your
Class Fee is required at time of registration. The balance of your class fee is
due 30 days prior to the event date. Any class registrations received after that
date but prior to the event date must be accompanied with your payment in full.

It's finally time to submit your registration! You will receive an email shortly
after submitting this registration with instructions on how to submit your
deposit &  hotel reservations. If you do not receive an email within 2 hours of
submitting this form during our normal business hours, please contact us at
