*Prices DO NOT include 11% tax for your hotel room, but
DOES include taxes and gratuity for all meals.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of
registration. The balance of your retreat fee (minus hotel
room) is due 30 days prior to the event date. Any
registrations received after that date but prior to the event
date must be accompanied with your payment in full
(minus hotel room).  Registration is non-transferable.

Hotel rooms will be reserved with your credit card. Your
credit card will not be charged. Payment for your room
will not be required for your hotel room until check out on
Sunday November 9th. If you are sharing a room with
others, one member of your group will need to provide a
credit card to reserve your hotel room.

Payment Plan
We are planning our retreat early so you will have plenty
of time to plan ahead. We also want to make this retreat
affordable and easy to pay for. If you would like to pay
monthly payments toward your retreat, you may do so.
Payment plans can be worked out once you register.
Payment plans must be paid by cash or check. If paid by
check, your checks will not be cashed until 45 days before
the retreat. If you are interested in the payment plan
option, simply check the option off on our registration
form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days from the scheduled
event - A refund will be issued, less a $50.00 deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the scheduled
event - No refund will be issued unless we can resell the
package.

If a cancellation is made that affects the number of people
scheduled for a room or suite, roommates who attend will
be responsible for paying the correct package rate used
(i.e., if a triple becomes a double occupancy).

We reserve the right to cancel an event for any unforeseen
reason. If we cancel the event, refunds will be issued
promptly.

any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by
registrants.
